I am already half-way through my advance copy of "The 4-Hour Body" by Tim Ferriss, author of New York Times Bestseller The Four-Hour Work Week. It has been everything I expected from Ferriss and so much more. It's not just a fat-loss prescription or a "Hacker's Guide" to the gym.
